1. Introduction & Acceptance

885h ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 885h and its users ("user", "you").

2. Account Registration & Management

3. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 885h are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support Bangladesh's popular payment methods for secure and fast transactions.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted at 885h: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). Payment methods may change from time to time — visit the platform for the latest list.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing may take longer if identity verification is ongoing or additional information is required.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

885h provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own applicable terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

885h offers an attractive welcome bonus for new users — a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳20,000

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagers must be placed before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
885h reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
In any dispute relating to a bonus, the decision of 885h will be considered final.

5. VIP Program & Cashback

The 885h VIP Program has five tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy special benefits.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies together form the entire agreement between 885h and the user. This agreement supersedes any prior oral or written discussions or understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely reflects the original intent.

11.3 Waiver

Failure by 885h to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or of any subsequent breach.

11.4 Language of Communication

885h provides customer service in both Bengali and English. In the event of a legal dispute, the Bengali version of the terms and conditions will be considered authoritative.
